Short biography
Merle Marlow Band
Formed in Montréal in 2019, Merle Marlow Band brings together five musicians around original country songs, ’90s influences and the drive of classic rock. Frontman and songwriter Merle Marlow — Emmanuel Hue, a member of France D’Amour’s team on La Voix in 2024 — leads a band whose music has reached Canadian and European radio, including SiriusXM CBC Country.
Their debut album, Big Dreams & Gasoline, arrived in 2024. The band has performed at Ottawa Bluesfest, Festival Western de St-Tite, Festival Country Lotbinière and the 2025 CCMA Country Crawl. The latest singles, Cowgirl Crazy and Let You Down (V.F.) with Mégane Lebel, continue the story as the group works on its second album.
